Many platforms offer VIP programs, but most amount to little more than accumulating points with no tangible benefits. hokiteam built its VIP program on a different philosophy — every level delivers concrete privileges you feel in your day-to-day gameplay, not just numbers or badges on your profile.
From the moment you register and start playing at hokiteam, you are automatically placed at Bronze level — the first step into a world of privileges that grows with your journey. No separate registration form, no complicated selection process. Your play activity speaks for itself, and our system rewards your loyalty automatically.
One of the most tangible benefits of the hokiteam VIP program is weekly cashback. This is not a luck-based bonus or one tied to complicated conditions — cashback is calculated from your total betting volume over the week and credited directly to your account balance at the start of each week. The higher your VIP level, the greater the percentage you receive.
For Diamond members with 30% cashback, this means for every IDR 1,000,000 wagered, you get IDR 300,000 back with no strings attached. Over time, this makes a significant difference compared to playing without a VIP program.
From Gold level onwards, you get a personal VIP Host — a dedicated hokiteam staff member assigned specifically to your account. This is not just general customer service. Your VIP Host knows your playing preferences, is familiar with your favorite games, and proactively informs you of promotions or offers that are genuinely relevant to you personally.
Your VIP Host is reachable anytime through your agreed communication channel. No more waiting in general support queues or re-explaining your account history every time you have a question. Your VIP Host already knows who you are and can provide the right solution right away.
One of the most common frustrations for online players is long withdrawal wait times. At hokiteam, VIP members have a separate processing queue from regular members. For Platinum and Diamond members, withdrawals are processed instantly or within minutes — no matter what time you submit your request, even outside business hours.
Automatic Level Up: No manual registration required. The hokiteam system tracks your activity automatically and upgrades your level as soon as the requirements are met. Level changes are reflected instantly in your account dashboard.
Throughout the year, hokiteam hosts various tournaments and events open exclusively to VIP members. Unlike regular open tournaments, VIP events have a much more limited number of participants, making your chances of winning higher — with equally attractive total prize pools. Invitations are sent directly through your VIP Host or account notifications.
These events also give VIP members a chance to experience a different side of gaming — exclusive tables with unique rule variations, tournaments with distinctive competition formats, or group play sessions that foster a real sense of community among hokiteam's most loyal members.
The hokiteam VIP system is built with fairness and transparency in mind. Your VIP Level is maintained as long as you remain active and meet the applicable criteria. If your level changes — whether up or down — you will be notified in advance with a clear explanation. There are no sudden level downgrades without prior notice.
For members experiencing periods of inactivity, hokiteam provides a generous grace period before any level adjustment is made. The VIP Host team will also proactively reach out to members approaching activity thresholds to ensure you don't lose the privileges you've worked hard to earn. Full details on VIP program terms can be found on the Terms and Conditions.
The hokiteam VIP program is designed to reward loyalty — not to encourage excessive play. You can enjoy all VIP privileges while still playing within the limits you set for yourself. Play limit settings are fully available to all members, including VIPs. Responsible gaming will never reduce your privileges — in fact, it's the best way to enjoy the VIP program long-term. The hokiteam VIP system is designed so you can level up naturally, simply by enjoying your favorite games.
Create a free hokiteam account and enter at Bronze level instantly. 5% cashback activates from your very first day of play.
Every bet you place on any game — casino, Live Casino, bingo, or Sports Betting — contributes to your VIP level progress.
Our system tracks your activity in real-time. Once requirements are met, your VIP level upgrades automatically with an instant notification and all new privileges activated immediately.
The higher your level, the more exclusive the benefits you unlock — from greater cashback to a personal VIP Host and access to exclusive tables.
Real experiences from members who have enjoyed the hokiteam VIP program.
Ever since I moved up to Gold, everything feels different. A VIP Host hit me up on WhatsApp the moment a new promotion matched my play style. The weekly cashback is also a solid boost to my balance.
What I love most is instant withdrawals. I used to wait hours, but now the moment I hit cash out, the funds hit my account within minutes. It's a real game changer for me.
Reaching Diamond takes time, but it's absolutely worth it. The 30% cashback is real — bonus balance comes in every week. Plus you get a physical birthday gift — a wonderful surprise!
